It's time for a Geology lesson. For those of you who don't know the difference between a stalagmite and a stalactite, stalagmites stand up from the ground tall and MITEy, and stalactites cling TITE to the ceiling.

I always remembered it because stalactites are at the top...Tites and Top...both T's. At least that's how I learned it as a kid......................way, way long ago!!!!
