This is the Rock of Ages. During earlier ranger guided tours, at this landmark, all the lights would be turned off to give the visitors the feeling of absolute darkness. They would then sing together the old hymn "Rock of Ages". Times sure have changed. Hanlon sang Def Leppard's "Rock of Ages" for 3 days straight after seeing this, even though no one else had ever heard of it.
